Regardless of whether our customer is a new or used vehicle owner, Smith's industry leading service department is there to make owning the vehicle as worry-free as possible.
The recent refurbishment of our service department has brought us into the 21st century and we are proud to offer our customers facilities that would stand along side the best VIP lounge at any International airport in the world.
Our service centre operates 5 days a week Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm. It is conveniently located within our dealership complex and the ample off-street parking and easy access has won the praise of our service clients.

Product Knowledge & Amazing Customer Service
Our friendly Service Advisors are especially trained to make your time at Smiths Service Centre as pleasant as possible. Each staff member is highly trained in both product knowledge and customer service. At Smiths of Geelong, we specialise in Holden, guaranteeing you the right advice for the right price.
We appreciate that your time is precious and do our utmost to see that you're back on the road as quick as possible. We explain everything in easy to understand language, not hard to understand mechanical terms. But above all, we do what's best for your Holden.

But there's more to Smiths Service Centre than great service and professional mechanics, our exclusive customer lounge provides facilities like nowhere else.
A light breakfast is available every weekday morning from 7.30am with tea, cafe quality coffee and warm toast. It doesn't stop there though, with a light luncheon selection available from late morning onwards, just the thing if you're collecting your car and running low on time.
If you need anything, our dedicated hostess, Leanne Sawyer, will be happy to oblige. At Smiths, all of this is complimentary and it is our way of saying thank you for your business.
We've even got somewhere for the kids
While you relax in our exclusive lounge area, we provide a crèche for the kids, with videos, a playroom, private change room and all the toys and activities your children could want. Take some time out with a coffee and the paper and don't worry about your car or the kids, we take care of it all!
If you need to be somewhere, our courtesy car operates in the immediate Geelong area from 8am -12pm & 1pm - 5pm. Our car will take you to your required destination and pick you up when your vehicle is ready. Please note depending on the number of clients requiring this service, delays my occur.
